Legal Admin Assistant III

The ideal candidate for the Legal Department Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant position will have two or more years experience in a fast-paced office environment. The candidate will have strong accounts payable background, oral/written communication, problem solving, and time management skills


Job Responsibilities:

  • Electronic processing of domestic legal invoices for payment
  • Coding and processing of international legal invoices for payment to include data entry
  • Preparation of payables activity reports, international tax reports and other reports information as requested
  • Communication with international legal departments
  • Coordination of payment information with treasury department
  • Preparing and /or coordinating information for internal and external contacts
  • All other task as assigned by supervisor and or manager


Preferred Skills and Education:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years office support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, oral/written communications, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Accurate and rapid data entry
