Legal Admin Assistant III

The ideal candidate for the Legal Department Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant position will have two or more years experience in a fast-paced office environment. The candidate will have strong accounts payable background, oral/written communication, problem solving, and time management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Electronic processing of domestic legal invoices for payment
- Coding and processing of international legal invoices for payment to include data entry
- Preparation of payables activity reports, international tax reports and other reports information as requested
- Communication with international legal departments
- Coordination of payment information with treasury department
- Preparing and /or coordinating information for internal and external contacts
- All other task as assigned by supervisor and or manager
Preferred Skills and Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years office support experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail
- Strong analytical, oral/written communications, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Accurate and rapid data entry
