Who you are

You are an experienced People Ops/HR business partner who places a high priority on developing others, adept at aligning career development goals with organizational objectives. You have a strategic mindset and excel in thinking big picture, crafting the vision for creating high-performing teams and creating people processes at scale because you intrinsically understand the impact that an engaged team can have on the bottomline. You are skilled at drawing out more from others through your ability to relate openly with diverse groups of people across levels and functions, and do this while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, ensuring the goals set-forth are met. You are a highly skilled relationship builder and adept at instilling trust in your colleagues, enabling more successful partnerships, stronger talent, and increased productivity. 

 

You have progressive experience in people operations and at least 4+ years of direct experience in an HR or People Ops Business Partner role. We'd be extra impressed if you have 2+ years of direct experience coaching leadership at multiple levels within an organization. 


What the role is

In the Leadership Development Partner role, you will be an integral part of the People Operations team, responsible for supporting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Experience in their development of talent and creation of high-performing organizations. You’ll have the unique opportunity to partner with executive leadership to develop their teams and drive the organization forward through training and development programs, organizational design strategies, and creating action plans for improving team engagement. 

 

Serving as the liaison between the People team and the business, you’ll work with org leaders to ensure they are optimizing systems and processes to provide a best in class employee experience. 


In this role, you will be the go-to resource for our Retail Ops teams, able to leverage people focused data sets and your understanding of employee life cycle processes to engage leaders on their org strategy and identify areas of opportunity. This is a critical role in strategically driving Drizly into its next phase as a sustainable growth company. 


In this role you will:

  • Partner with executive level and managers within Sales, Account Management, and Customer Experience to assess the overall health and engagement of their teams as well as create scalable org strategy focused solutions
  • Act as a strategic resource for people managers and leaders to create innovative solutions to alleviate their organization’s pain points
  • Serve as the liaison between People and the Business, ensuring People/HR tight alignment between org leaders and people team leaders
  • Conduct developmental conversations and be a key player in managing the key moments in a team members lifecycle; you are the go-to “People” person for these functions
  • Partner with People Analytics to leverage people focused data sets to inform and evolve org strategy efforts

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $78,200 per year - $92,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
