Lead Software Product Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a Lead Software Product Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio in Mobile Applications for homeowner and service technician interfaces, and Customer Engagement platforms including service dashboards. This role is crucial in driving strategic planning, ideation, and the New Product Initiatives (NPI) process for our digital products. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-generational product and technical roadmap for mobile apps and customer engagement platforms. 
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Implement strategies for customer awareness, activation, retention, and referral. Enhance the customer lifetime value through targeted metrics like Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). 
  • Dealer Engagement: Boost dealer interaction with daily and monthly active user metrics to improve service efficiency and satisfaction. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize cohort analysis to assess user retention and behavior, facilitating strategic adjustments and enhancements. 
  • Partnership Development: Identify and manage partnerships to expand product reach and functionality, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, and sales teams to ensure product success from conception through launch.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $106,400 - $139,650 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.


Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology-focused roles related to mobile applications or customer engagement platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in performing cohort analysis and other relevant statistical analyses. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of navigating complex cross-functional landscapes. 
  • Experience in ML artiificial intelligence is a plus
