What you’ll learn & achieve:

Sales/Commercial Leader will collaborate with our COU and Account Management cluster leaders, operations and engineering teams, account owners and direct selling teams, to create a long-term strategy which focuses on the health of the business and annual revenue results. This position is for CMIT's Consumer Electronics Safety group.

  • Highly visible role to lead and own commercial strategy and execution of Consumer Electronics safety revenue performance
  • Leverage data to identify growth opportunities in collaboration with account owners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain buy-in on commercial direction
  • Prepare presentations, communicate and present to other leaders within the organization
  • Train, mentor and collaborate with account owners and direct sellers across all COU's and Industry Clusters
  • Provides strategic leadership to account owners/direct sellers to drive opportunities and all sales activities. This is NOT a direct sales position.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 8+ years of years of B2B selling experience, TIC Industry preferred
  • Deep understanding of Consumer Electronics Safety industry
  • Proven ability to influence and get buy-in from internal and external customers
  • Collaborative style with partnership mentality
  • Adaptable to different commercial environments.
  • Ability to understand and articulate CMIT service offerings
  • Well-developed customer-centric decision-making skills
  • Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes
