Lead Designer for Tech-focused Digital Agency
Hi there! We're LinkGraph, a fast-growing tech startup and full service digital agency with offices in NYC and Las Vegas.
Our team is looking to bring on a Lead Designer to work on internal design projects and select client projects. We’ve experienced some tremendous growth in the two years since we were founded and we’re looking for someone passionate about creating thoughtful and beautiful designs. In this role, you’d be doing everything from creating landing pages and branded assets for our internal brands to working on our sleek new software dashboard of marketing tools.
We also do high end web design and development work for some select clients such as The Bouqs, Shutterfly, Yield Street, and Verkada so there would be an element of agency design work as well.

All remote applicants will be considered for this role but be sure to let us know if you’d be open to relocating to Vegas, NYC or Austin.
Requirements
A sharp eye for modern, sleek and beautiful design
A stickler for QA
Someone with a positive, can-do attitude! We hire just as much for enthusiasm and kindness as we do for skillset so we can continue to build our dream team
Agency experience is a plus
1 or more years working as a designer, either at an agency or in-house
Someone looking for a fast-paced startup culture to grow with
Proficiency with UI/UX concepts and the willingness to learn more
Expert level proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or other design platforms
Familiarity with code is a plus
A positive attitude and willingness to jump into dynamic projects
