Shutterfly is looking to hire an IT Operations Manager for their Fort Mill, SC manufacturing facility.

The IT Operations Manager leads a team that provides IT Engineering, IT Operations, Collaboration Services, and Systems Support in adopting new technology for the organization, supporting our proprietary platforms, and maintaining operational excellence. The Manager partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that all IT-related services are run with optimal performance, and that IT operations are supported efficiently.

What You'll Do Here:

Oversee daily functionality of network and systems infrastructure
Partner with manufacturing leadership to deliver optimal solutions
Manage projects necessary for the maintenance and growth of the department’s services to the business
Manage and mentor a team of technicians providing daily infrastructure and application support by training and coaching each engineer and communicating expectations
24/7 availability in resolution of high severity issues escalations
Control IT infrastructure costs
Maintain relationships with vendors as they help support the business
Aid in the development of workflow, systems, and practices procedures that enforce ITIL standards
Collaborate with architects and engineers in adopting new technology, and how it relates to the growth of the company

The Skills You'll Bring:

10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience working in a leadership position in an information technology or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of security disciplines, best practices, and standards
Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
Leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across many facilities
Outstanding communication skills Understanding of security disciplines, best practices, and standards
Problem-solving aptitude
Understanding of network administration and network concepts

It's Not Required But It's Nice To Have:

Six Sigma, Lean, ITIL or other business process improvement training or education is highly desired
Proven experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile delivery methods
