We have an opening for you to grow with us in our Sustainment team as an Associate IT Operations Analyst. You’ll solve complex problems and learn with the team.


HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Application Support: As an IT Operations Analyst, you’ll participate in 2nd and 3rd level support of Kellogg’s Payroll and other HR Applications for users across the Kellogg Company, globally. You’ll be troubleshooting complex issues with multiple teams, and communicating with different groups across the organization.

 

Operations Analysis: You will assist your HR partners to understand the processes enabled by our IT applications. You will manage the entire support process, working with other IT Teams, Vendors and with the Business. You are a critical part of the Human Resources day to day processes.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in SAP Success Factors and Dell Boomi is required!
  • Knowledge of Human Resources functions and MFT Tool (Cleo Harmony) is desired!
  • Ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution of break fixes/requests
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations
  • Expert at use of Microsoft Suite programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work in rotating on-call support schema for off hours support.
