IT Business Relationship Manager

Partner with the Reebok business, Reebok IT, and SPARC IT or Vendor application teams in an entrepreneurial role to inform and influence application roadmaps and evolve Wholesale and International systems and capabilities at Reebok. In addition, lead and coordinate cross-functional activities and initiatives as the Reebok IT team member aligned to these business areas.


Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the US Wholesale and International teams to onboard new and support existing customers, direct accounts, and operating partners
  • Learn and understand key business operational processes and corresponding system capabilities. Provide process leadership including creating detailed plans and calendars, coordinating key activities and associated IT support needs, and providing visibility including escalation when needed
  • Bring an IT product owner mindset and approach for one or more IT application areas, products, or services. Translate business needs and requirements into product and application requirements and ensure alignment with Business and IT goals. Own product backlogs, and lead and facilitate forums to inform and prioritize backlogs and requirements
  • Proactively identify options and make recommendations for solutions and/or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
  • Understand vendor platform capabilities and manage vendor priorities and/or resources where needed
  • Act as a liaison between the application development & support teams and the business teams for the development and implementation of new systems, and support and enhancement of existing systems
  • Provide input to and understand SPARC IT enterprise application roadmaps and the application landscape, and articulate relevant aspects to business teams
  • Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for projects of medium size and complexity
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of projects and initiatives
  • Provide input and business context to reporting and analytics needs
  • Support ad hoc needs and requests to support and evolve the business and IT organizations


Qualifications

  • Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of wholesale business applications and related business context, such as ERP, B2B, EDI, and Supplier Collaboration, through a minimum of 3-5 years in a retail environment
  • Experience working in a licensee or Operation Partner business is preferred
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally with business, engineering, and project management counterparts to deliver projects and support updates
  • Experience in business liaison roles and in a matrixed environment
  • Effective communication skills (presentation and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Must be able to work well independently and in team environments
