Investor Relations Analyst

Fiverr is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst who will play a key role in all aspects of Investor Relations. You’ll gain visibility across management and senior leadership teams at Fiverr, and you’ll also be highly impactful among external stakeholders including analysts and investors. You’ll join an exciting, fast-paced company with a mission to revolutionize the future of work.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

Quarterly earnings process: Support the quarterly earnings process, including scheduling prep sessions, managing investor callback logistics and creating earnings materials.
IR content creation: Help create engaging and impactful presentations, investor materials, management and Board reports, press releases and other investor materials.
Sell-side engagement: Monitor sell-side analyst reports and models, track consensus estimates, review peer news and insights, and help produce analyses of opinions and ratings.
Investor engagement: Support all aspects of the investment engagement process, conference registration, travel and logistics, briefing materials, and maintaining investor CRM database. You’ll also assist with planning logistics and content for Investor Day and similar events.
Investor targeting and insights: Monitor Fiverr and peer trading and ownership activities, perform regular targeting analysis, conduct quarterly outreach efforts, and provide regular updates on ownership insights.
Cross-organizational engagement: Build strong relationships with business, product and other internal stakeholders to stay up to speed on latest product and business updates, develop deep understanding of Fiverr’s business, and effectively manage tasks that require cross-organizational collaboration.
IR website: Responsible for maintaining the website and ensuring that new information is posted in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll also coordinate the IR inbox, manage our IR calendar, enabling us to be informative and highly responsive.
Vendor relationships: Help to ensure our vendors are delivering upon their commitments to enable best-in-class IR activities, with specific focus on budget tracking, payment of vendor invoices/contract coordination, and selection of novel solutions.
ESG support: You will work with teams across Fiverr to support our ESG engagement and reporting as needed.

What are the qualifications?

Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in Investor Relations or financial communications (corporate or agency), sell-side research or investment banking.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, must exhibit excellent organizational and planning skills.
Demonstrate the ability to provide timely follow-up and follow-through.
You have a strong knowledge of financial statements and know your way around a financial model.
You are a self-starter who is comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, possess excellent communication and cross-organizational skills, and a resourceful problem solver.
A trust and commitment to Fiverr’s vision, mission and core values
Knowledge of Internet businesses is preferred
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
