Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator works closely with the Inventory leadership team to assist with day-to-day operations of the cultivation/manufacturing facility.


The Inventory Coordinator oversees the safekeeping and security of all cultivation and production/manufacturing inventory books, records, invoices, reports, and other documentation, both confidential and otherwise. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working knowledge of management software programs, including Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Excel.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking the quantity, location, and status of all products and materials.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile with system data.
  • Coordinate the restocking of inventory as needed to meet production and customer demand.
  • Maintains organization, cleanliness, and inventory of equipment, tools, and maintenance shop. Ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary, and document expenditures.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks with/without the use of a forklift.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong industry knowledge, product knowledge, and full understanding of how cannabis affects individuals in its many forms
  • Strong knowledge of fulfilment process and delivery process and good understanding of how and where we can improve.
  • Time management and prioritization in daily tasks. Must be able to work to deadlines and keep projects organized.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Basic math and reading skills


ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
  • Ability to utilize tools/equipment to mechanically repair and arrange parts to a large machine.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period.
