Your role as an Inventory Control Specialist includes, but is not limited to, receiving cannabis products timely and accurately into the warehouse,, and controlling all movement of products within the WMS/ERP system. This person needs to have a can-do attitude and adapt to the ever changing dynamics of the cannabis industry.

As a Kiva Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll…

  • Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
  • Keep record of purchases received into facility
  • Conduct inventory audits and cycle counting
  • Control the movement of merchandise in the warehouse
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager to devise new stocking procedures and to develop techniques for improving order fulfillment pick rate efficiencies 
  • Audit the facilities entire inventory on a regular basis and provide accuracy reports to management.


What we’re looking for…

  • Qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems.
  • 1+ year of experience with METRC from an auditing perspective
  • Someone with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge in warehouse inventory management through WMS software
  • Ability to create new, more efficient processes from scratch
  • Ability to generate solutions to problems ad hoc
  • Forklift certified, preferred
