Internal Communications Manager

Wilton, CT

You will be responsible for managing Cannondale global internal communications, to help us build a company culture that excites, engages, and inspires our team members – and binds us together as one global team, working on our mission to inspire and enable the future of cycling.  


How You'll Contribute: 

  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to understand high level company strategy and current developments across our global business and translate that into engaging and compelling internal communications to our full team 
  • Write, edit and distribute internal company communications in keeping with brand and business goals (executive communications, strategy communications, new initiatives, Town Halls, company newsletter, intranet content, video content, events, etc.) 
  • Partner with the Brand & Creative teams on visual internal communication materials 
  • Partner with Product & Marketing teams to ensure employees have awareness of the company’s external efforts (brand launches, company-sponsored events and partnerships) 
  • Define, monitor, track, measure and report on impact of all internal communications activities 
  • Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function 
  • Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned 
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business 


What You Bring to the Table: 

  • Superlative communication skills in all forms; ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences across many formats 
  • Outstanding attention to detail 
  • Demonstration of good judgment, tact and discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information 
  • Comfortable working with senior executives 
  • 5-7 for Specialist/7-10+ for Manager years of Internal Communications experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or similar
