Responsible for developing and executing communication plans, strategies, and tactics that enable, engage, and empower key internal stakeholders across the organization. Leads the collaboration of cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate relevant information, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Identifies and analyzes stakeholder needs, expectations, and feedback to tailor communication initiatives effectively. Champions the localized activation of organizational goals, change initiatives, and key projects. Planning, coordinating, and executing internal events that engage employees, enhance corporate culture, and support organizational goals. Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for various internal communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone. Work with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop stories, and produce content that supports organizational goals and initiatives.

• Planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal events, including town halls, leaders’ meetings and customer internal events.
• Overseeing the management and maintenance of all internal communication platforms including, but not limited to events, intranet, newsletters, digital signage.
• Developing and implementing a channel strategy to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences through the most effective channels.
• Curating and coordinating compelling content and resources to help drive awareness and engagement around key stakeholder initiatives, events, successes, etc.
If you...
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field.
• Have 8 -10 years of corporate communications experience in-house or agency setting
• Experience managing communications programs and/or campaigns
• Have proven experience in managing and optimizing communication channels, with an emphasis on digital tools and platforms, including intranet, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Possess experience in managing and/or supporting executive communications
• Have proven experience in planning and executing corporate events
• Are experienced in agriculture, chemistry or manufacturing industries preferred
• Can demonstrate strong project management skills, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
