What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Midmarket Marketing Social Media Support

Location: Virtual,USA (Central Timezone)

Expected start date: October 2022 

 

In this role, you’ll:

Support a Global Midmarket Marketing social media director on social media programs to drive awareness/interest (engagement), interest (traffic) and consideration/purchase (registrations) targeting Midmarket decision makers, including:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations related to running 6 social media brand channels (Linked In, Instagram, 2 Twitter, YouTube and Facebook accounts), with a primary focus on social creative content development and reporting analytics 
  • Collaborate and develop brand aligned social teasers and social copy for ~50% of the SAP Midmarket social posts 
  • Create replay video clips from virtual events optimized for social media
  • Create optimal posts for each channel of social media
  • Plan, map out, and schedule content through Sprinklr for SAP Midmarket editorial calendar
  • Biweekly / monthly meetings to review the results of social posts used on social channels and employee advocacy tool
  • Use data to optimize website traffic and engagement with SAP Midmarket content
  • Execute and review a variety of campaigns to increase engagement or followers specific for each platform
  • Report on social media analytics in Sprinklr/Excel


Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • 2+ years of experience in social media for a company brand
  • Strong in social media analytics: experience with Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr (or similar social tools) is a plus.
  • Experience in positioning content for social media channels like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn paired with an eagerness to learn on the job.
  • Social-first-minded: what content, copy and visuals works well for each social platform (specifically LinkedIn)
  • Data Driven: pull data, analyze, and propose improvements
  • Strong eye for detail is critical: being able to spot opportunities in visuals and copy to align to the SAP brand
  • Excellent communication skills in English and understanding of cultural differences, to work with international colleagues
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Strong team player with “Can Do” attitude that loves to connect, collaborate, and upskill
  • Bachelor's degree
  • North America time zone
  • Knowledge of Business-to-Business Social Marketing
  • A willingness to learn and grow into the many additional facets of the role.
  • Desire to learn or expand your skillset with Adobe PDF Animations, Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, Camtasia, Mural, Sprinklr and other tools are a plus.
