Integration Process Manager

Remote (Florida, United States)

As one of the largest and fastest-growing national networks of OB/GYN medical practices, Unified Women’s Healthcare is seeking an Integration Process Manager in supporting the transactional initiatives of the company. The Integration Process Manager will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather, organize, and synchronize transaction data to set up functional teams for the best possible integration experience with the seller.

 

The incumbent manages concurrent high-profile projects, while maintaining consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The Integration Process Manager must exhibit cross-functional expertise, be able to work independently with little supervision, build relationships among a variety of stakeholders, and proactively call out risks and potential solutions to issues.


Responsibilities

  • Leads Post-Close Data Gathering Process with acquisitions
  • Work with practice personnel to acquire operational data needed for integration
  • Explaining the need and urgency for information and prioritizing based on the integration plan
  • Collaborate with internal functions to validate information received is appropriate and mitigate any follow-up requests
  • Seek ways to improve the onboarding process for the practice and Unified
  • Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Monitors, tracks, and reports to stakeholders progress of the overall integration
  • Manages multiple projects and work of respective project teams
  • Incorporates project lessons learned register into future project plan templates
  • Assists in the training of new functional team members in the concept and execution of the data gathering process
  • Continuously improves Unified implementation processes, project management tools, and related documentation
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience with transactions
  • Strong customer service orientation with a desire to build relationships with
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to requests
  • Positive and professional demeanor, viewing all internal and external stakeholders as customers
  • Experience working across Microsoft Office 365 platform (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and across
  • other systems as needed. Strong track record of learning technology-based tools
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
