Integrated Marketing Manager, Developer Solutions

The Integrated Marketing Manager, Developer Solutions will be responsible for formulating and executing marketing programs for products, services and events targeted within our developer audience. The position entails partnering cross-functionally to coordinate communications and programs to generate engagement and new opportunities within our growing developer community. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. 


Responsibilities:

  • Source, plan, manage, and execute marketing programs, primarily in support of developer product and solution awareness, community engagement and product adoption
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing business owners to identify objectives, craft strategy and project plans to deliver successful integrated marketing programs and interactive developer experiences
  • Leverage data and insights to understand and identify target audience segments (i.e. power users, influencers, etc.), customizing marketing approach accordingly
  • Manage all aspects of program execution (concepting, intake/scoping, production/activation, measurement, optimization) working cross-department to coordinate tactics and to deliver on-time, on-budget
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop messaging and content for product releases, education, thought leadership, product awareness, and training
  • Create, source and distribute content where necessary, for example (but not limited to) writing and managing developer communications, instructional content, and success stories to support the developer community and drive continued engagement
  • Establish KPIs, create review cycle, and provide insights on developer behavior to continually optimize program success and introduce new marketing channels
  • Actively solicit and provide customer insight to Product team for new features, functionality and enhancements
  • Analyze and evaluate programs and strategies to determine current and predict future performance and effectiveness


Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience running integrated marketing programs
  • Experience marketing developer solutions (i.e. app development, SDKs, etc.) and managing related content/experience
  • Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
  • Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud preferred
  • Proficiency in SFDC, Pardot, Domo/Tableau, Google Analytics/Optimize
  • Strong program/project management skills a must
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication and analytical skills required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable on video and presenting in webinars
