Integrated Internal Communications and Multi-Media Content Manager

Cambridge, MA +7

This role will provide organizational communications support to the leadership team for the North America Market, communicating key messages to the nearly 7000 employees in the organization.


Key job responsibilities will include all internal communications, including communications strategy and planning, consulting with top leaders on their communications approaches, written and digital communications, Town Hall meetings, guiding communications around organizational transformation and supporting employee engagement. Role will be part of the North America Brand and Communications team, where the individual will also participate in cross-business activities (annual kickoff, major trade shows, etc.). Creative multi-media content development (video, animation, graphic design) is key to this role, along with the ability to counsel our most senior executives, strong written and oral communications skills, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities at once.


You are responsible for the following:

  • Using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Work across market, businesses and functions to design and implement messaging and consistent, effective communication
  • Develop and execute integrated communications plans in support of leadership, business and organizational objectives and program priorities
  • Develop compelling creative content for all marketing materials, champion brand standards, and ensure consistency of voice and tone in all creative content including but not limited to; email, thought-leadership blogs, intranet and websites, internal and external social media, presentations, media (video, animation, graphic design).
  • Understanding of business strategy and critical role of communications in executing strategy
  • Maintain currency with new content marketing trends, practices, and advancements.
  • Research key stakeholders and influencers and develop appropriate engagement plans
  • Partner closely with cross-functional and global peers to ensure coordinated planning and activation
  • Manage external agency partners


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • University degree
  • Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
  • Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and try new things

  • Storytelling - across multiple platforms and mediums
  • Design problem solving, in context of customers and end users
  • Strong conceptual design and application
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects)
  • Agency management experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead internal and external resources
  • Ability to lead through influence and work effectively with senior executives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world
  • Strong ability to creatively problem-solve
