YETI is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join the Wholesale Sales team in Austin, Texas. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and developed our Independent Inside Sales team as they partner with their Outside Sales Representative to cover their respective territory via phone and email outreach. The Inside Sales Manager will motivate and coach YETI’s Inside Sales team members in an effort to increase sales and productivity; while tracking KPIs that are relevant to the department, including sales growth, response time, and quality calls.

  • Motivate and coach team members for optimal daily performance
  • Supervise and coach inside sales team as they outbound dial their weekly quality calls
  • Set goals and expectations in alignment with leadership’s vision and business directives
  • Prepare and collaborate with sales leaders on reporting and visibility needs
  • Track relevant KPIs and manage team performance
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor Inside Sales Representatives


Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • At least 4 years of inside sales experience
  • At least 1 years of experience leading inside sales teams
  • Highly knowledgeable about YETI products and wholesale channel strategies
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and dashboard building

  • Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
  • Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
  • Remote: Role is full-time remote.
