We are looking for an Information Technology Intern to join us in advancing the industry forward. This position is located in Los Angeles and you will be required in office Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is an opportunity for this to develop into a full time position for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware and software systems.
- Support the IT team with daily technical support requests from employees.
- Help with the setup and configuration of new computers and peripherals.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing input and assistance as needed.
- Document IT processes and create user guides for staff.
- Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT systems and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour
