Influencer and Social Commerce Lead
Stitch Fix is searching for an established digital marketer to stand up a new function on the growth marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. This is a new and important role at Stitch Fix and our ideal candidate will be a combination of a social-savvy marketer, functional builder with a creative mind, and operator. As the Influencer and Social Commerce Lead, you will be responsible for setting the vision on leveraging organic social + influencer marketing channels to drive revenue and engagement for the brand and executing on our influencer programming, broadening the tiers of influencers we engage with (micro to VIP), and creating an ecosystem that helps bring our brand proposition and approach to life in an authentic way, positively impacting our brand and our business.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Develop and implement social commerce strategies that drive conversions, affiliate revenue and customer engagement through social media channels
- Lead work scoping, finding, briefing, nurturing and growing affiliate influencer talent across our platforms, and inline with our DEI goals
- Work in a deeply cross functional role across internal partner teams including influencer marketing, creative, growth, consumer insights, product + merchandising as well as partner with external agencies
- Support our agency partners (social, creator, and affiliate influencer agencies) as part of an internal team who oversees messaging, programming, asset review & creation and editorial calendars and campaigns, reporting and toolsets
- Measure, track, report and optimize performance across owned and partner channels: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.
- Develop and own goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Present to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress to goals
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 4+ years of experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- You have previous success in building and scaling affiliate influencer and social commerce programs
- You leveraged influencers to drive conversions through things like takeovers + live shopping
- You possess a "test and learn" mindset, and have an understanding of the full user journey and where social media can impact and compliment it most
- You lead & motivate your partners to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects, workstreams and deadlines. You thrive in building off of and project managing early-stage programs and taking them to the next level
- You demonstrate an understanding of the social landscape + best practices with specific experience in social commerce experience building out shops (collections, product detail pages) on social (front + back end), managing the check out experience w/product teams, product tags etc.
- You live and breathe social media and the influencer space. You have a point of view on how, where and when we should engage on individual channels and how best to partner with Influencers, both micro and macro, to build brand affinity with new audiences
- You can easily collaborate and brief an internal creative team or agency to get the perfect social-first content

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
