The Influence and Community Assistant (Americas) will support the Burberry Americas Marketing & Communications team in executing Influence and Community strategy. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Influence, this role will be heavily integrated in driving the overall brand talent strategy inclusive of influencer relations, content creation partnerships, seeding programs, and community projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Director, Communications & Influence, in executing Influence & Community strategy for the Americas inclusive of US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil
- Maintain and organize Influence product inventory: tracking product orders, managing delivery timings, inventorying shipments into NY showroom, upkeeping detailed product log
- Organize local couriers and domestic/international shipments of product for content shoots, brand gifting initiatives, and dressing opportunities
- Liaise with talent agents, management, and content creators with oversight of Director to facilitate product and logistics i.e. collating sizes/addresses, courier/shipment updates, scheduling
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and product across key brand moments including runway shows in London and global events for Americas Influence & Community guests, providing on-site support where required
- Support the execution of wide-scale product seeding initiatives including outreach, gift-wrapping, shipment organization, coordinating calligraphy, and coverage tracking
- Collaborate closely with Central office across planned activations on content approvals, product requests and deliveries, collation of trackable links, asset management, and regional project updates
- Coordinate sample loans across PR/VIP teams and facilitate Retail product pulls, managing timely product returns
- Contribute to real-time and post-project reporting to Central office, global leadership, and Americas business network recapping performance and ROI using analytics tools
- Provide administrative support across department, including: processing invoices, coordinating new vendor set-up, and applying status updates to budget log
- Create and update campaign coverage trackers in Tribe Dynamics per activation
- Contribute to ideation and curation of talent outreach lists for paid partnerships, seeding programs, and events across Brand, Retail, and Wholesale initiatives
- Proactively research and monitor innovation, trends, and key voices in established and emerging social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok) and cascading insights to team
- Assist with Influence activity across licensee partners in Eyewear and Beauty inclusive of content creator curation and product support where applicable
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 1-2 years of experience working at a fashion brand or agency across Influence, VIP, or PR, or equivalent product and logistics centred roles
- Fluency in Instagram and TikTok, with proactively developing knowledge in further media/communications platforms such as: X, Substack, Podcasts, Snapchat, etc.
- Fluency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); familiarity with Tribe Dynamics a plus
- Knowledge of key players within Fashion and Culture including but not limited to: influencers, content creators, social media commentators, stylists, photographers, artists, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently on a multiplicity of projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Results-driven and detail-oriented team player with keen interest in fashion, culture, and social media as an evolving space and connector of brand to people

FOOTER
- Expected base salary for the role will generally be between $28.85 and $36.06 hourly at the commencement of employment. However, hourly salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
- This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
