We are hiring a recent college graduate to join the Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Human Resources Specialist. The target start date is Spring 2025. This role is based in Morrisville, NC. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office).
The HR Specialist will support SSG in its transformation initiatives, working closely with the HR Leader to manage a wide range of HR functions. This role is crucial in driving talent acquisition, development, analytics, and employee engagement to ensure the organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting efforts and onboarding new hires.
- Track headcounts and requisitions.
- Support the implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Support in the Lenovo OHRP process.
- Support organizational development initiatives aimed at improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Organize and support employee engagement events and activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures where necessary.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics to track and report on key HR metrics.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Assist in developing and distributing HR-related communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in an HR role.
- General understanding of HR principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
