Human Resources Manager

A growing food company located near Willmar, MN is currently searching for a Human Resources Manager. 

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if needed

Salary range for this position is $65-75k plus bonus

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• 5+ Years experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing plant
• Experience in a Food manufacturing plant. 24/7 operation
• Knowledgeable in Workers comp and Unemployment issues
• Actively participated in employee investigations and EEOC claims
• Active participant in recruiting hourly and salary positions
• Strong leadership skills--Trains, mentors and develops a young team
• Has worked with safety manager and has safety skills
• Managed onboarding/off boarding, training department, development of training plans, active participant in recruiting process in area that is hard to recruit.
