We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team and help support our HR functions and employee needs.


The Human Resource Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation, document preparation, and introduction to company policies.


Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to HR management as necessary.


Benefits Administration:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods and assist employees with benefits-related questions.


Compliance & Recordkeeping:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.


HR Projects & Initiatives:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.


General HR Support:

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, managing HR documentation, and scheduling meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience with specific HR software or tools relevant to the company.
