Human Resources Coordinator

Dublin, GA

Provides full support to the Human Resources Manager regarding all HR related matters.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to HR-related calls and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview teams.
  • Process newly hired employees including communicating with new hires regarding start dates, data entry into the HRIS, and submitting background checks
  • Maintains reports for all actions in Oracle such as New Hires, Termination, Tenure, Job Change, and Promotions, etc. reports
  • Conducts new hire orientation including setting up the conference room, preparing and maintaining new hire materials, warehouse tour, etc.
  • Manage HR office needs such as ordering office supplies, scheduling team events, expense reports, and process invoices for payment, etc.
  • Assist in obtaining HR metrics in NH Onboarding Survey, 30-60-90 touch base
  • Maintains Amex purchase records for the end of monthl auditing purposes
  • Post jobs on the internal website and various job boards as needed
  • Coordinate contingent workforce management/temps
  • Schedule training sessions and various other company events
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Maintain and update job descriptions for the warehouse as needed.
  • Ensures federal, state and local laws are being followed.
  • Willingness to take on other HR projects and duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR-related experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Apps and HRIS systems including Taleo ATS and Oracle Fusion


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • Some knowledge of human resources policies and practices including benefits and I-9 processing and Federal/State laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management.
  • The ability to handle and maintain and high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information
  • Ability to manage projects and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide timely responses to customers in a courteous manner
