As the Associate Manager Human Resources Business Partner, you are the lead HR Representative within a Distribution Center. Your responsibilities include working with leadership to oversee headcount planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and overall HR administration. They partner with building leadership to identify risks within the operation while promoting an efficient, effective, and safe culture. This role lives and teaches our values and leadership expectations, drives employee engagement and partners with building management to support the scope and complexity of the operation


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner in supporting business transformation as well as the employee experience
  • Coach leaders in aligning behaviors with our leadership expectations. Work toward increasing team effectiveness and enabling the development of employees across the organization.
  • Act as an effective change agent and a knowledgeable partner who can influence business decisions while representing the talent system.
  • Partner with the Centers of Expertise (COE) to learn and share opportunities for the deployment and enhancement of HR programs, policies, trends, and networks in service of the employee experience.


Basic qualifications

  • 3 years of Human Resources experience in Business, Military, or related/relevant fields


Preferred qualifications

  • 5 years of Human Resources experience in Business, Military, or related/relevant fields
