Human Resources Assistant
This position performs a variety of administrative, technical, and project-based work supporting the HR Department's initiatives and operations. This is a perfect opportunity for an organized, receptive, and eager individual who wants to grow and learn about all HR functions while working in a supportive, cohesive, driven, and friendly environment.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and promptly responding to all inquiries from the HR inbox. Interact with employees at all levels and ensure that professional and confidentiality standards are kept.
- Maintain, generate, and file various employee records and other items such as employee ID cards, HR bulletin updates, birthday & recognition flyers, letters, unemployment claims, employment verifications, visa letters, etc.
- Support with calendar management by scheduling onboarding meetings, exit interviews, lunch'n'learns, trainings, etc.
- Create internal communications and presentations in Canva/Powerpoint.
- Assist and coordinate with multiple HR events including but not limited to Health and Wellness events, Internships, Holidays, CSR, and others.
- Run and analyze reports to develop various HR metrics. Gather data for internal HR audits.
- Restock and order office supplies.
- Special Projects and other duties as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 1 year experience in HR administration
- Proficiency with MS Office
Language Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
