We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to play a key role in executing the Tech team’s deliverables. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to drive specific HR programs/initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Project Management:
- Project Management: Partner with Tech HRBPs to project manage strategic HR programs. Projects will be in key organizational and talent development spaces such as Learning and Development programs, compensation and promotion processes, information management, etc.
- HR Operations: Partner with broader talent teams to ensure smooth execution and operation of key Netflix HR processes (e.g., compensation planning, 360 feedback) and specific talent practices.
- HR Metrics: Leverage and analyze people and organizational data to drive HR agenda and recommendations. Provide data analysis support to HR Partners as needed
- Cross-functional Logistics: Provide project support and track key programs in partnership with other teams such as recruiting, talent management, and HRBPs.
We seek an individual who:
- Demonstrates curiosity to gather business acumen and culture, learns rapidly and eagerly and seeks to understand patterns and connections through strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Possesses program management skills including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results with tight deadlines.
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective communication plan for project roll out across the organization. Ability to adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
- Has strong data analytics skills
- Has proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines, especially in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
- Has strong business acumen
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, business or related fields
- 5+ years overall experience, including 3+ years managing complex projects across HR disciplines (org design, workforce planning, talent metrics, etc) in a large tech/product org
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 - $280,000.
