Background & Purpose of the Job

Human Resources within Unilever delivers a wide range of programs and priorities designed to enable strong business performance. We are currentlylooking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Customer Development (Sales) teamcharged with overall sales delivery for our $10B multicategory business. This person directly partners to 3 senior sales executives who lead strategically critical business teams.Additionally, this role is high exposure, high impact and collaborates with a complex network of senior stakeholders.The role is based out ofEnglewood Cliffs, New Jersey Campus reporting into the HR Lead, Customer Development (Sales) and offers a fun and challenging environment in a world leading, fast moving consumer goods company. 


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Customer Development (Sales) team who has a passion for unlocking potential in people, driving growth & change, problem solving and a real thirst to learn.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Works with passion and from a Purpose Driven mindset, partnering to key business leaders.
  • Leadschange efforts, directing the implementation of and adaptation to new or changing structures, cultural change, or programs/processes for an organization. Evaluates internal and external business drivers, environmental factors, risks and benefits to foster change adoption, and collaborate to develop change management strategies and training materials.
  • Lead organizational design activities to build capabilities, increase organizational effectiveness, enhance speed and agility, or to better deliver against our growth objectives.
  • Leads talent development agenda for client group by leveraging processes and tools to provide and develop diverse talent pipeline for both the short term and medium term needs of the company.
  • Leads in culture and high performance team building initiatives aimed at building a ‘People First’ environment rooted in Unilever Standards of Leadership and values.
  • Builds close relationships with key leaders; acts as a trusted coach and advisor.
  • Supports day to day business needs and leads ad hoc projects.


What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • BA/BS Required. MBA or Master(s) is desirable.
  • 5+ years of HR experience across the following: 
  • Change and Project management
  • Leadership and Talent development
  • Employee Relations
  • People Development
  • Employee Engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
  • Curious and innovative mindset to continually adapt to everchanging business needs
  • Proven track record of successfully working in a complex organization
  • Familiarity with HR tools, systems & processes
  • Excellent communication skills with audiences of all levels
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills


Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.


Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.


Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
