The Snowflake Global HR Compliance Team is expanding, and we’re looking for an HR Compliance Analyst to join us in scaling our program to meet the demands of a growing business. This role will have compliance related duties and responsibilities across HR with a focus on government reporting, audit response and support, controls testing, and compliance process design and implementation.


The HR Compliance Analyst role is an in-office hybrid position located in either our Dublin, CA or San Mateo, CA office.


AS AN HR COMPLIANCE ANALYST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Assist and support HR with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to the requirements of legislation, regulations, company policies, and contract commitments.
  • Work with control owners to coordinate responses to internal and external compliance audits and requests from customers or government entities.
  • Assist with the scoping and implementation of compliance requirements across all HR functions.
  • Manage the completion of regulatory compliance report filings (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, VETS, Pay Equity, etc.) through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Request and process reports in support of HR controls and audits.
  • Escalate any HR compliance concerns to the Sr. Manager of Global HR Compliance Programs with recommendations for possible corrective action.
  • Support labor law posting requirements.


OUR IDEAL HR COMPLIANCE ANALYST WILL HAVE:

At a minimum

  • 3 years of experience in an HR Compliance or HR Generalist role with HR compliance responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a consultative approach with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and analyze and communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines with limited supervision.


Preferably

  • Strong familiarity with SOX, SOC, FedRAMP, USR and USRA+ compliance processes and controls.
  • Experience with mandatory government reporting in and outside the US.
  • Experience working in a fast-pace, high-growth tech company.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $119,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
