What you'll be doing…

We’re looking for a sales team leader in the Wealth/News vertical who is passionate about our brands (Kiplinger, Kiplinger’s Retirement Report, The Week, and The Week Junior) and combines creativity and strategy with a hunger to succeed. This individual will be a player/coach who possesses a deep understanding of the Wealth/News landscape and is passionate about joining the Future team.

You will be effective in your ability to lead a sales team to exceed their goals, and will also have indivudal contrubtor revenue target. You will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, and delivering advertiser education and satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on exceeding revenue targets, delivering excellent client service, developing the team, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Existing client relationships (client and agency).
  • Experience in the media industry experience including sales team management role(s).
  • Experience in direct io and programmatic digital, mobile, and video is a must.
  • Passion for, and deep understanding of digital media/video monetization products and trends, audience data, and solutions-based approach.
  • Ability to negotiate deals, think strategically, and understand complex client campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Business acumen and insightful understanding of industry trends & revenue drivers.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and an ability to organize, prioritize, and clarify deliverables.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $150,000-180,000
