Head of Revenue Operations

Remote (United States)

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Revenue Operations will develop a deep understanding of our customer journeys, and how each part of our business impacts their experience. This role will partner with our sales, marketing and customer success teams to drive scalable revenue growth through process optimization across the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate will be looking to make a big impact, possess a relentless curiosity and have a drive for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing day to day…

  • Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to establish organizational best practices that scale with our team and products, discussing complex processes and their impacts at all levels of the organization.
  • Implement: Own and implement new tools and workflows to improve/automate processes and support deal operations and effectiveness. Oversee the revenue technology strategy, including sales and marketing automation software, customer relationship management software, customer success software, and other sales/marketing productivity tools
  • Analyze: Leverage cross-functional data to conduct analysis, drive insights, and ensure accurate tracking of key metrics for internal and external purposes
  • Change Management: Ensure the team has a clear understanding of any new tools or changes to existing processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Head of Revenue Operations position will possess the following competencies:

  • 5+ years experience as a Revenue Operations leader, preferably in a fast paced start-up environment
  • Experience building out and maintaining a Revenue Operations function
  • Experience with HubSpot and other Sales and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/Looker, Pardot, etc.)
  • Proven ability to implement RevOps strategies, enhancing processes, tools, reporting, metrics, and policies
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ability strategically plan for the long-term but also address short-term projects and initiatives
  • Experience in a fast, dynamic, and constantly changing environment
