Head of Program Management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in climate/energy/greenhouse gas emissions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related fields.
  • Experience with driving net-zero programs with suppliers at a major technology/manufacturing company or other relevant experience in climate/energy/greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Experience designing, scaling, and leading transformations.
  • Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader.
  • Ability to lead change efforts across an organization.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a global Program Management team to support Google’s goals of achieving net-zero emissions across our value chain.
  • Enable Google’s suppliers in their journey towards net-zero through capability building efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to set and deliver on Google's net-zero goals.
