NTWRK, dubbed the “QVC for Gen Z,” is a new and exciting video shopping platform that seamlessly blends content and commerce for a global audience of fans and collectors. Our daily live streamed episodes feature shoppable content hosted by celebrities, musicians, and cultural icons, offering unprecedented access to exclusive art, sneakers, fashion, and collectibles. As an early member of our team, you will play a foundational role in shaping NTWRK’s culture and market position. Forbes called us the “much-hyped e-tail platform that’s putting a rocket under retailtainment” and we were also recently named Top 10 in Video by Fast Company.


Why We’re Hiring

  • We’re looking for a passionate product leader who has experience working in agile development teams and is stoked to guide the overall vision of our product and platform. This role will help us drive key initiatives forward with our Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams.


What You'll Do

  • Own the overall vision, mission, and direction of our product 
  • Successfully aggregate diverse viewpoints and facilitate discussions that lead to a cohesive strategy and plan
  • Consistently deliver new information to internal teams to ensure proper communication
  • Identify requests that fit into our strategy and if not, be able to block and tackle upstream with confidence
  • Manage and mentor high-performing product and project managers effectively and efficiently
  • Give and receive constructive feedback consistently 
  • Participate in the end-to-end product life cycle and sprintsCollaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to see multi-milestones through 
  • Positively recalibrate when needed, providing experienced strategic insight and perspective


Who You Are

  • A strong and fearless leader with a sense of product ownership with a builder mindset 
  • History of data-driven decision making 
  • Experience building an app from concept to deployment or early age startup experience, a builder’s mindset
  • In-depth understanding of SAAS marketplace and consumer mobile businesses
  • Technical background in the digital space (Web and App) 
  • Have your own diverse network that you can leverage 
  • Driving performance and growth is at the forefront of everything you do
