Ethyca (https://ethyca.com) is a high-growth Series A startup building a data privacy engineering platform (Fides) that enables privacy to be a feature of any system with minimal complexity and overhead. We represent the cutting edge in Privacy-as-Code technology and work daily with large and small companies to help them become privacy success stories. We are looking for an experienced B2B Growth Marketer with a strong technical product spike to spearhead our go-to-market motion and own revenue pipeline creation in conjunction with our sales team. 

As the marketing leader of Ethyca’s small and mighty team, cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, engineering, and design teams will be essential - candidates must have a proven track record in collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful business growth. 

To succeed in this role, candidates will above all need to have proven experience generating B2B pipeline for a technical, developer-focused product. Additionally, they’ll need to be enough of a generalist that they can own or manage the full spectrum of build and execution of successful demand generation campaigns. 

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in demand generation and growth marketing, and is comfortable “at the controls” of a high-velocity demand engine. If you’re a battle-tested B2B marketer in a late-stage startup, and are seeking to step into a leadership role, this may be a perfect fit for you. 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Building, testing, and optimizing PPC and paid social campaigns in cooperation with outside agency
  • Building, testing, and executing ABM and outbound campaigns in coordination with the sales team
  • Owning audience and product segmentation as Ethyca moves to enterprise sales motions
  • Owning marketing content creation in cooperation with product and sales teams
  • Owning performance reporting in cooperation with outside agency
  • Website: monitoring performance, optimizing conversion rates, and driving product marketing content content to position Ethyca as a Privacy-as-Code category leader. 
  • Owning Ethyca’s marketing roadmap in coordination with the executive leadership team.

Ethyca is a distributed team with headquarters in NYC and remote workers across the US. As this role is working closely with the CEO and leadership, preference will be given to candidates who are able to come into the office, located in midtown Manhattan.


Compensation Range: $120,00 - $200,000/y, commensurate with experience
