GTM Associate Manager

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate team member to lead GTM- Product Marketing in order to inspire people to move in our products and ensure consistent and cohesive storytelling across all channels.  This role requires a excellent ability to lead closely working with stakeholders across a variety of teams such as Product Line Managers, Product Design teams, Brand Marketing, Creative, Legal, Sales, etc. The GTM Product Marketing Associate Manager must possess very excellent writing and editing skills. This individual needs to understand the core consumer and the broader opportunity and have a sense of urgency to move quickly in a dynamic environment.  


Your Impact 

GTM Associate Manager of Product Marketing will be responsible for creating, catalyzing, and implementing the product go-to-market strategies by crafting audience focused, product messaging and creating high-impact marketing and product education content that supports the consumer journey and leads the launch of products. 


The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for creating, driving, and implementing the product go-to-market strategies by crafting audience focused, product messaging and creating high-impact marketing and product education content that supports the consumer journey and leads the launch of products 
  • Work closely with GTM Marketing Manager to help drive collaboration product marketing strategy and execution across all channels 
  • Develop and monitor all consumer facing product messaging by working closely with a copywriter and internal product team across all communications including seasonal product descriptions, campaigns, trade, collaborations, and special projects.  
  • Lead the development, facilitation, and execution of seasonal campaign and sustainability guidelines documents. Work closely with internal legal and sustainability teams to ensure best in practice language is approved for use across all marketing channels. Address and communicate sustainability copy changes to global partners.    
  • Assist with the execution of developing product experience assets for trade and consumer facing materials: retail training support, branded technology, tech sheets, etc. 
  • Act as the liaison between the Marketing and Product teams. Continuously update key marketing key stakeholders with the most updated product information and assist each functional leader to implement into their executions and deliverables, including the latest SMU updates, collab changes, material updates, etc.  
  • Collect and analyze product related global marketing research and analyze purchase data, regional sales reports, and assess key product launch resources and share feedback to GTM and creative team, utilize insights to inform future marketing initiatives and briefs.   
  • Apply industry best practices to create programs to raise awareness and impact of the brand

We’d love to hear from people with  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related Discipline 
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience including product marketing experiences   
  • Excellent writing and editing skills required 
  • Digital, ecommerce, CRM, or other data-driven marketing experience preferred  
  • New product innovations/launch experience preferred 
  • Apparel/Fashion industry experience preferred
