GSI Channel Account Manager

Remote (California, United States)

The GSI CAM will be responsible for driving collaboration and fostering relationships within our partner network. You will work closely with GSIs to strategize, execute, and maximize sales opportunities.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating and driving business plans with our Strategic Partner to identify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Creating sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Providing day-to-day support for the Strategic Partner to help them sell, implement and support Zoom’s services.
  • Working with internal and Strategic Partner cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support and commission escalations.
  • Understanding partner’s business and how Zoom services can enhance their value proposition.
  • Participating in industry events such as trade shows and seminars.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years working in Channel Sales Management
  • Able to grow large account revenues
  • Build relationships with and strongly influence C-Level decision makers
  • Able to create and deliver presentations 


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: $144,900.00

Maximum: $316,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.


We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
