Growth Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing growth strategy and media KPIs around user retention, target audience, and channel mix
  • Execute quantitative analyses of data that translates into actionable insights for growth team as a whole
  • Manage segments of larger corporate initiatives both on an on-going and ad-hoc basis while collaborating with XFN teams and stakeholders
  • Analyze and deliver key insights on competitive landscape of mobile industry
  • Develop and own dashboards to monitor overall marketing channel performance
  • Explore channels for new growth marketing opportunities, including both performance channels and other possibilities
  • Formulate new business models and make strategic recommendations on how to best optimize existing opportunities
  • Work in conjunction with the in-house production team to drive creative development and execution
  • Advise on best retargeting and reengagement strategy focused on churned users
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across Content & Programming, Product & Engineering, Brand, and Data Analytics to develop new growth opportunities
  • Improve product ranking on the Google Play and iOS App Store


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strategic planning, management consulting, or investment banking experience
  • Experience performing research and in-depth data analysis to develop business strategy
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in building the go-to-market strategy for a fast growing mobile application or product
  • Experience in building marketing campaigns for user acquisition and brand awareness objectives
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and promptly change priorities based on business needs
  • Strong understanding of international market trends
  • Passionate about social media and short video products
  • Work experience and strong communication skills in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with international partners in different time zones
