Growth Operations Manager

We are looking for a talented Growth Operations manager to join Papa’s Growth team. In this role, you will be a bridge between Papa’s Network development efforts and our client implementations team. Your core focus will be to create alignment between teams and help ensure successful client launches from a Supply perspective. Additionally, you will work across Growth teams on specific initiatives, all aimed at improving our Pal acquisition, activation, and retention capabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary POC for our Sales and Client implementation teams
  • Analyze potential & upcoming implementations against our Pal network
  • Recommend roll-out plan and timing based on current and expected Pal supply
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned & aware of tasks, timelines, and relevant details
  • With Client Implementations, maintain a high level overview of upcoming go-lives
  • Help ensure supply readiness across our Growth and Supply Ops teams
  • Map out all current and upcoming membership in aggregate to support efficient network development
  • Help facilitate new-market launches
  • Work with Growth teams prioritize resources based on impact for the overall network
  • Work with Data to enable better insights into our Supply network


About you:

  • Highly analytical - able to analyze data rapidly and apply a highly logical approach to make recommendations
  • Growth-minded - able to adapt as needed, has a desire to learn and improve systems


Additional requirements:

  • Experience launching initiatives involving multiple internal teams and external clients
  • Strong analytical experience using spreadsheets and data visualization tools
  • Demonstrable experience analyzing data sets to deliver recommendations
  • Strong business intuition as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of working independently, with strong time management skills
  • Comfort working in a globally distributed environment with a remote workforce
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to grow and learn
