Growth Operations Manager

As a Growth Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our marketing technology. You will impact the ability for our marketing teams to launch campaigns quickly, measure success and enable our GTM teams to build pipeline.

As a part of our Marketing Ops team, you will be committed to ensuring our teams have the tooling and processes needed to make their job as efficient as possible. This role will help ensure our marketing systems are optimized as we grow and scale. 

What you’ll do as a Growth Operations Manager at Vanta:

  • Be a strategic partner to the marketing team on any program, operational and analytical needs
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day execution of marketing automation requests from internal customers; These requests range from single emails, multi-step campaigns, webinar, event pre/post programs and other requests from internal Vanta customers
  • Help define and implement lead qualification and scoring, and marketing attribution models including the implementation and improvement of the Marketing to Sales handoff
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards to measure and understand performance and flag blockers in funnel
  • Partner with Marketing to develop nurture streams across various audiences including acquisition and cross-sell 
  • Partner with the Systems team to build upon our investments in Marketing Operations infrastructure, tools, and systems

How to be successful in this role:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in managing marketing technology and automating programs
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce and Hubspot is required; experience with Chili Piper, LeanData, and 6sense are a huge plus
  • Be proficient with advanced marketing automation functionality including managing a system of nurture tracks, ensuring proper data flows between various systems, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Be obsessed with funnel efficiency
  • Geek out on the expanding marketing technology landscape and stay current with industry trends
  • Love details and be process-oriented
  • Want to be part of fast-paced, collaborative, and creative team

Pay Range: $96,000 - $113,000; If you are offered the position, your offer amount will be based on your experience.
