Growth Manager

Lennar is looking for a Growth Manager – Search to play a leading role on a world-class SEM team and support campaigns across Lennar’s 38 divisions nationally. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and analytical with deep level of domain expertise in Search Engine Marketing (either in Agency or In-house).


Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Play a leading role in managing, optimizing and developing Paid Search campaigns in partnership with Regional Divisions
  • Manage ad spend against a monthly budget and clear KPI targets to ensure that we are spending efficiently and responsibly
  • Develop and implement copy strategies that make our ads shine and drive strong performance
  • Test new bidding strategies, account structures, beta features, and landing pages in order to continually improve key metrics (leads, cost-per-lead)
  • Utilize an A/B testing framework on ad creative, bid, and landing page strategies across our SEM campaigns
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Generate weekly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking and other paid search initiatives
  • Other job duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree required, MBA/MS preferred
  • 4-6 years digital marketing experience, ideally in-house
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns in Google Ads and Bing
  • Keen understanding of marketing incrementality and experience validating attribution methodologies through testing
  • Deep domain expertise in ad product suites including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience managing complex SEM accounts using both manual and automated bidding strategies
  • Excellent communication skills. You are an effective presenter and collaborator and able to articulate search’s role within larger digital marketing ecosystem
  • Able to think strategically, prioritize, identify and resolve problems in a complex dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Experience with Analytics Platforms (Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
  • High SQL proficiency preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer management systems preferred
  • Experience with Google Ads Scripts and/or Python preferred


Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Growth Manager - Search to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
