What impact you’ll make:
As a Gas Power Global Supply Chain member, the Greenville Manufacturing Operational Finance analyst is the key finance partner for manufacturing in Greenville, South Carolina.
This role is will lead project initatives as well as oversight over gross production costs, inventory, and capital spend while driving key performance indicators including labor productivity, utilization and indirect costs per hour (utilities, supplies & tooling, maintenance).
What you’ll do
- Supports manufacturing finance activities and rhythms, including planning, pacing, monthly operating reviews (MOR), closing and audits
- Able to identify and effectively communicate financial risks and opportunities and impact on operational KPIs
- Understands and effectively communicates financial variance drivers including volume, mix, program savings, PCO, FX
- Provide insights and transparency to actual costs, aligning site/VS roadmap to develop pipeline to improve or control total cost per unit and labor and overhead rates
- Support process and analytics surrounding standard costing, SMI, FIFO, COPQ and help understand impacts to site inventory and turns
- Support fixed asset & Inventory physical and partner to implement remediation plan to improve plant level controls
- Act key financial liaison to Greenville Manufacturing Finance Leader to drive LEAN initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites within Greenville
- Lead project initatives for global supply chain including potential due diligence for investments, such as return on investment assumptions
- Act as lead finance project manager for supply chain integration activities to ensure standardize financial reporting to align with GSC reporting requirements.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
What will make you stand out
- Prior domain expertise in FP&A or supply chain finance
- Knowledge of accounting policies and practices, including standard costing, inventory, and fixed assets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- System ERP Expertise: SAP PMX
- Working knowledge of visualization software: Tableau
- Established project management skills, including relevant experience leading complex initiatives cross functionally.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $95,300.00 - 158,800.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 9/17/2024.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
