Graphic Designer

Reporting to our Sr. Director, Brand Creative, the Graphic Designer will design and lead in a fast-paced environment. Always with the goal to innovate and elevate, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing across all brand marketing channels (email, social, web, packaging, retail, wholesale, ooh, events.) using our brand identity system. This role will be responsible for designing all brand marketing collateral and initiatives for email, social, web, packaging, retail, wholesale, ooh, event, etc.


Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Work with appropriate cross functional team members to become fully aligned in order to design into projects.
  • Continuous research and understanding to stay ahead of trends for the Creative and Fashion landscape.


Execution

  • Design and create on-brand digital and print creative across all brand marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Provide design solutions across creative channels using brand guidelines for email, social, web, packaging, retail, wholesale, billboards, postcards, mailers, and events.


Time Management/Reporting

  • Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
  • Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.
  • Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Previous experience in Design for a Fashion or Beauty brand preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
  • Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
  • A creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects.
  • Must have a design talent, including detailed sense of typography, photography,
  • and design layout.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Bridge.
  • Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics. Familiarity with video editing is a plus.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company.
  • High energy and positive attitude.


THIS POSITION REQUIRES TO BE IN OFFICE 4 DAYS A WEEK***


This role requires to be in office FOUR days a week.
