What You’ll Do:  

We are seeking a highly creative and driven individual to join our marketing team as a Graphic Designer. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and bridging the gap between retail systems management across various channels to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.  

  • Collaborating with the marketing and design team to produce high-quality visual content for various projects.
  • Assisting in the creation of designs, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
  • Supporting the development and execution of branding and marketing materials.
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering creative ideas and solutions.
  • Assisting with the production process, including preparing files for print or web distribution.
  • Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Serve as the retail stakeholder in collaboration with Retail and digital marketing teams, providing insights and perspective on retail needs and future state requests pertaining to POS and E-commerce platforms.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, visual communication, retail systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with a customer centric retail organization.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual design principles and animation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Previous experience or a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Easily able to garner support and traction amongst peers and cross functional departments.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Travel Requirements: 10% - 30% 
  • Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations.
