As a Graphic Designer within the Content and Social Team at FBG, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that captivate our audience and drive engagement across our digital platforms. 

You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, design skills, and passion for sports in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this role is $69,000 per year - $95,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. *Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence.

  • Graphic Design - Create high-quality graphics, banners, images, and visual assets for use across various digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Motion Graphics and Animation - Develop dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content to bring static designs to life and create engaging visual experiences for our audience.
  • Content Creation Support - Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and marketers to translate creative concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Asset Management - Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, icons, and templates, ensuring accessibility and version control for use by internal teams and external partners.
  • Responsive Design - Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet, to provide a seamless user experience across platforms.
  • Quality Control - Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, resolving any issues or discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaboration and Feedback - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content Strategy, Production, and Development, to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, web design, and multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for sports and gaming is desirable.
