A key member of the Tapestry global communications team, this role works in a matrix organization to develop powerful visual communications and storytelling that engages audiences, communicates ideas and brings to life the Tapestry story. This is a new role in our corporate communications team and we are looking to add a graphic designer to help elevate communications design across all touch points: email, web, social, print, and presentations. This role is responsible for setting a clear and consistent graphic design system across all communications touch points. This role reports to VP, Global Communications and works closely with colleagues and partners around the organization.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Graphic Design to...

  • Bring a consistent and elevated design approach to corporate communications and bring to life our company story across all touch points
  • Leverage effective design to increase engagement and emotional connection in employee communications
  • Support creative concepting and design for social media posts in LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Develop visual content for speeches and presentations that are emotive and engaging
  • Maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. Work across Tapestry to communicate design rationales and respond to internal client feedback


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Bridge and Acrobat
  • Leverage existing design system tools while keeping designs fresh and engaging
  • Apply creative thinking and design expertise to help create effective emotional communications internally and externally
  • Detailed oriented, well organized, strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Enjoys working with a diverse global team and can work with our different brand creative teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Passion for our brands and company values

 

An outstanding professional will have...

  • BFA / BA in Design, Photography, Fine Art or related field.
  • Drawing / Illustration skills a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma a plus
