Graphic Designer

Freelance Graphic Designer with knowledge in English and/or Korean

WEBTOON is a digital entertainment platform with more than 82 million monthly unique readers. We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to bring original Korean content to Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare episodes in English or Korean for translation; recreate dashboards and charts when appropriate
• Create and adhere to font style guides
• Format the text, prioritizing readability
• Deliver high-quality, professional content within production deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience working with webcomics and lettering
• Must be able to read and write English and/or Korean
• Excellent attention to detail
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of industry standards, trends and technical knowledge
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, flexible and ready to find solutions
