As the Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize, develop and execute multi-channel, multi-media creative assets for Dermstore initiatives across integrated campaigns and always-on programming for paid and owned marketing channels. You will drive the creation of strong visual designs for relevant campaign work and work to define and maintain Dermstore’s visual identity and its look and feel.

The role requires a creative, strategic and collaborative mindset paired with a multi-disciplinary mastery of creative formats and excellent attention to detail.

Candidates should possess a solutions-oriented, self-starting mentality and should be equally comfortable working independently with minimal direction and alsp collaborating closely with stakeholders and partners. 


  • Conceptualization & Design – Develop and execute designs for creative integrated marketing campaigns, across digital channels (website, paid media, email, organic social) as well as print media (mailers, insert cards, influencer kits, packaging).
  • Collaboration – Work closely with Brand & Campaigns team to deliver integrated marketing assets that deliver to brief, on time, across all channels.
  • Visual Storytelling – Create compelling visual narratives through best-in-class creative with insight into current trends in organic social, paid media and email marketing.
  • Ideation – Lead integrated design initiatives, bringing new creative ideas, fresh typography, visuals and trends to the table by designing beautiful and visually engaging creative and driving business outcomes through design.


  • Designer with 5+ years of experience developing multi-discipline integrated marketing creative and creating storytelling assets across digital graphics, illustrations and video as well as traditional and print media.
  • Strong typographic and layout skills required.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with video editing and motion graphics animation (AfterEffects) preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce marketing channels a plus.
  • Knowledge of beauty and skincare trends and storytelling a big plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Comfort in situations with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Adept multitasker who can shift task to task.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making capability.
  • Willingness to iterate to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Extremely well-organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record for being a self-starter, solution-oriented strategic thinker, and creative collaborator.


  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office; 2 day WFH
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
