Zynga is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our world-class Marketing Creative Team in Bangalore, India. This role reports to the Associate Art Director and will be part of the Central Global Marketing team. Our marketing creative team works in tandem with US & UK teams to conceptualize and develop advertisements for User Acquisition campaigns across all Zynga games.

This role requires a creative and inquisitive mind, willing to really dig into what drives marketing performance from a creative perspective. When it comes to design, this role requires an excellent eye for detail, deep knowledge of Photoshop techniques, good understanding of cultural references and above all, commitment to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate should be genuinely interested mobile game marketing, working with the team to create advertisements that appeal to our users and drive engagement. You should be able to understand design philosophies, contribute to the entire production process and ability to adapt and grow in a collaborative and team focused work culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong conceptual & visualization skills leading to thoughtful creative executions.
Work and ideate constantly with Art Directors and Art Leads to develop high quality UA display advertisements.
Communicate effectively in brainstorming, art discussions and learning sessions.
Participate in competitor analysis and share the learnings with the team.
Support UA video production through customized graphics, storyboards and concepts.
Proactively contribute to a feedback culture that consistently strives to exceed quality objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

At least 5+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Meticulously organized, have a keen eye for details, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and consistently meet tight deadlines
Thorough understanding of consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and partner ad networks
Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive brainstorming sessions
Thorough understanding of consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and partner ad networks
Thorough understanding of (or at least a genuine desire to learn) User Acquisition Advertisement techniques and methods
Illustrative and concept art skills will be a plus
Design / Advertising agency experience will be a plus
