Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will develop and execute marketing materials under the direction of the Marketing Director. This position will focus on design work and brand content including, but not limited to, retail assets, email campaigns, social media, videos, photography, print collateral and educational resources.
All the applicants are required to submit a portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit video and photo content for multi-platform use & distribution including website, social media, and email channels
- Create and design various materials for print (including packaging) and digital collateral
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop, create, and produce promotional, marketing, and company videos (both short and long form), GIFs, and other content to support GM’s goals
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time, and work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Review and edit content to ensure they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Firm grasp of latest creative media trends
- Clear understanding of graphic design and print expectations (including bleeds, die lines, PMS and process colors, retouching, formats, resolution, and usage)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Coordinate with printers & vendors as necessary
- Assist with special projects, perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing
- A vehicle and valid driver's license are required
- This is not a remote position
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to all GMF locations
- Graphic, video & photo creation abilities with a passion to expand these skills
- Proficiency with Adobe or other design tools
- Excellent eye for details and the pursuit of the perfect feed
- 3+ years of experience in design and content creation for consumer brands
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

- Cannabis Industry Experience
- Good written skills
- Keen organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Is tech savvy and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Physical
Regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, typing and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds occasionally, includes sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as occasional stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
Hours & Conditions
Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the Facility. On a regular and recurring basis, the employee must alternate between contaminated/dirty environments to clean. Strong odors may be encountered. Work is conducted in heated and air-conditioned areas; however, employees may have to go outside to assist with curbside delivery in all types of inclement weather.

- Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same.
- Must obtain a State Agent Card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must pass all required background checks.
